"I live distributed life, work in distributed company, have distributed family and distributed thoughts."
This is new concept of living; people should learn how to balance his/her life that is usually distributed among the places, people, and events and in time.
Traditionally we used to have homeland, one job, family live together and everything vas centric, modern technology enabled us to travel faster, communicate instantaneously across whole planet trade on every market... so our perspective has changed and new paradigm of living is here...
Some of the things I write here are 4 or more centuries old but new information technology accelerated communication to infinity:
- 16th century people and letters traveled for 2-3 months in one direction scale of measure was in years and very expensive.
- 19th century faster ships and communication was 10 times faster, it enabled first intercontinental wars on the beginning of 20th century.
- 20th century we had three industrial revolutions traveling around the glob shortens to few days and communication become widespread and available to the masses.
- 21st century starts with Internet, communication is very cheep and instantaneous.
I wish you best luck in adaptation to new technology and new, distributed, way of living.

Math Will Rock Your World
Article form Businessweek Magazine is top reading definitely!
The world is moving into a new age of numbers. Partnerships between mathematicians and computer scientists are bulling into whole new domains of business and imposing the efficiencies of math. This has happened before. In past decades, the marriage of higher math and computer modeling transformed science and engineering. Quants turned finance upside down a generation ago. And data miners plucked useful nuggets from vast consumer and business databases. But just look at where the mathematicians are now. They're helping to map out advertising campaigns, they're changing the nature of research in newsrooms and in biology labs, and they're enabling marketers to forge new one-on-one relationships with customers. As this occurs, more of the economy falls into the realm of numbers. Says James R. Schatz, chief of the mathematics research group at the National Security Agency: "There has never been a better time to be a mathematician."

Think Honestly and Truthfully
If you want to be good in research you have to think honestly and truthfully.
It is common that people start to think about sale, marketing effects, cost, what manager thinks, what client likes to hear, and other things but forgetting to check facts and make accurate and honest research. Short term benefits could be encouraging but its usually path to sinister designs. Once you are in that trap you are going to spend a lot of energy to get out of there. Truth will always win, so make sure that you are on the right side. It is important to build up an intuitive judgment and understand true values.
This blog is about my personal experience. I am trying to show you my best practice and I would like to hear your feedback.

One of the most common mistakes is making decisions, business or personal, without researching things. Sometimes it is easy to check facts, but sometimes you will need to do real work to make good expertise.
I am making living by researching technology possibilities and providing my clients with accurate and well-structured expertise.
How to be good in research?
People think that what they do not understand must be unknown. This is not the true. It is confusion. Someone like that will continue to be distracted by irrelevant things. Like I said in my previous post, Do Nothing Which is of no Use, you have to understand things and have goal in order to distinguish the difference between real value and thing of no use.
What ever you do start it by doing a real, fundamental analysis, you can gain at least some certainty and information about the things.
Do Nothing Which is of no Use
There is more then one month since I have heard the quote from the title of this post. Author is famous swordsman Miyamoto Musahi, from his Book of Five Rings. I am trying to live by that. This is the log of my efforts.
First of all I encourage you all to to try. It seems to be impossible but imagine how much benefits you can experience from just not buying useless things, watching useless TV shows, attending useless meetings and having useless thoughts.
If you read for example this blog and learn nothing you are doing thing of no use. In this example you can find whole wisdom of self-improving path. Everything is about YOU. Is something of no use is defined by you. for me something can be very beneficial but for you it could be total nonsense.
I was lost in my efforts because I did not have clear picture of myself and my goal. Now I am getting to know myself and focusing myself to noble goal. since I know that it is much easier to recognize things.
